We hold three National Board “VR”  Certificates and offer testing and repairs from the Midwest, Northeast  and Southeast Regions. Our staff has extensive experience in Oil  & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Pulp & Paper and Power  industries.  Additionally, our staff continually strives to participate  on continued education and training in order to provide the industry’s  best practices and regulations.  We also have a mobile lab that we can do repair work in the field.

We have developed a complete Field Service program. This department  is staffed by highly trained and factory certified technicians.  We offer a variety  of field services customized to fit our customer’s needs: Startup  assistance for any automated valve packages we supply. This would  include pneumatic, electric and hydraulic packages with a wide variety  of communication devices, including Foundation Fieldbus. Field  retrofitting new actuators and controls to existing valves and dampers.  This is a total turnkey approach, with designing, supplying and  installing the entire automation package, including necessary mounting  hardware. TVM (Total Valve Management). Under this program we can monitor valve performance, perform acoustical and thermal leak testing,  issue qualitative and quantitative heat rate survey reports and offer replacement valve recommendations. We offer a turnkey valve and actuation package from engineering and design, Sales and support, to installation and repair!
